John was amazing. Prompt response, courteous, called him on Saturday afternoon, provided John with the appliance information and the problem and he suspected that it was the electronic module on the appliance, unfortunately he did not have the module in stock for that particular unit so he had to come by on Monday. On Monday he arrived promptly at the time agreed, diagnosed the problem (it was exactly what he suspected) got the module installed it and the appliance was up and running straightaway. I totally recommend John for your appliance repairs. Where most companies give you a 4 hour window he was there first thing in the morning.
